Kennal Vale, Ponsanooth – 10/15 minute drive away This is an old gunpowder works where they used to process the gunpowder for use in the quarries. Nowadays it has been reclaimed by nature and is stunning, particularly on a drizzly day as the woods help to protect you from the elements. Google it, see the pictures, even some locals do not know it is there! I can send coordinates to you if you message me.
