Leukerbad has the longest via ferrata in Switzerland (also one of the longest in the world). In the steep rock face of the Daubenhorn (2941 meters), rising above Leukerbad, 216 meters of ladders and more than 2000 meters of steel cables were installed. It is a demanding mountain adventure that requires more than 5-6 hours of intense effort, for a total of 1100 meters of elevation gain.

Im steil emporragenden Felsen des Daubenhorns (2941m.ü.M) wurden in den Jahren 1997 /1998 216 Meter Leitern und über 2000 Meter Stahlkabel installiert. Der Klettersteig führt dem Besucher das einmalige Panorama der Walliser Alpen auf eindrückliche Weise näher. Einzigartig ist die ca. 100 Meter lange natürliche Höhle, die durchquert wird und in welcher im Winter die Lawinen ins Tal donnern. Im obersten Teil des Steiges hat der Besucher die Möglichkeit in der Via Konst noch einmal die imposante Felswand hautnah zu erleben. Diese Passage kann auch umgangen werden.
